At Amia, our aim is to make our customer’s happy and provide good customer service. As you can appreciate we do sell preloved apparel, so it is difficult to provide refunds. Our team inspects all merchandise throughly to ensure there are no faults. 


If you believe you a received a faulty items please contact customer@amiaclothing.com.au within 14 days of receiving the items. The decision is at the sole discretion of the Amia team. If accepted, Amia tags must be still on the garment and accessories. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
